Learning Objectives:
- Identify clinical scenarios and diagnostic findings that warrant intervention for coronary artery fistulas, such as symptomatic presentation, hemodynamic compromise/abnormal non-invasive stress imaging, and/or significant shunt volume.
- Provide an overview of the therapeutic approaches for coronary artery fistulas including transcatheter embolization and surgical ligation.
- Utilize case presentations to describe the procedural techniques, patient selection criteria, and follow-up considerations involved in treating coronary artery fistulas, with the aim of optimizing patient outcomes and minimizing procedural risks.
