Learning Objectives:
  1. Identify the devices that are at risk of getting lost or entrapped during procedures and learn strategies to prevent this complication.
  2. Determine when it is necessary to retrieved dislodged devices and when it is safe to leave them in place, considering the potential risks and benefits.
  3. Compare the different options and techniques for retrieving dislodged devices, including the use of small balloons, multiple wire techniques, snares, guide extensions, etc.
