					 - Discuss challenging anatomy such as narrow/dilated aorta, anomalous vessels, coronary fistulas, myocardial bridge, SCAD, bypass grafts and post-surgical aortas.
- Describe how access approach may affect technique and choice of catheters/guides.
- Explain how/when imaging angles, the addition of pharmacologic agents, and use adjunctive diagnostic testing (physiology/imaging) may be necessary.
