This hands-on course is intended for Fellows who would like to improve their technical skills for large bore access & closure. The agenda covers didactic topics such as safe femoral arterial and alternative access techniques and potential complications. Workshops will cover ultrasound and vascular closure devices. Attendees will gain a better understanding of these techniques and strategies to better enable the use of Impella hemodynamic support.
