2026 Scientific Sessions

I Blew It!

I Blew It! is a candid, case-based session focused on procedural complications encountered in contemporary interventional cardiology practice. Expert operators will present real-world cases highlighting what went wrong, why it happened, and how complications were recognized and managed in the moment. Through open discussion and practical insights, faculty will share strategies for prevention, bailout techniques, and systems-based approaches to improve outcomes. This session emphasizes the value of transparency and learning from mistakes to enhance technical performance, decision-making, and patient safety in the cath lab.
