2025 Scientific Sessions

TAVR Complex Techniques

This session delves into the intricacies of complex TAVR techniques. It covers a broad spectrum of advanced procedures, including valve-in-valve TAVR, TAVR in TAVR, transcatheter electrosurgery and aortic leaflet modification, and management of complications like LVOT obstruction and PVL. Attendees will also learn about upstream TAVR and TAVR for aortic insufficiency. The session concludes with a discussion on surgical innovations for cases where TAVR is not feasible or has failed. Through expert presentations and case discussions, participants will gain insights into the latest techniques and strategies for addressing complex anatomical and procedural challenges in TAVR.
