- Share case based examples of the complex physiology of combined AS and LVOT obstruction.
- Identify the high risk situations and how to manage in the intervention both including addressing the LVOT obstruction prior to the TAVR as well as managing the hemodynamics at the time of treating the fixed obstruction.
- Discuss Sesame and alcohol septal ablation.
