- Review the pros and cons of reliance on fluroscopy during LAAO (using CT to predict, matching RAO CAU and RAO CRA and AP CAU with corresponding TEE views; role of "puff" during deployment for safety; use of fluoro if ICE or TEE images are inadequate)
- TEE vs ICE views and PASS: describe where ICE is limited and hope to supplement if the 135 view cannot be obtained
- Point out practical, step by step instructions of obtaining ideal ICE views for deployment, as well as troubleshooting
