- List data on the diversity of cardiologists, ICs, and structural ICs compared to other fields
- Review data on the role of harassment, microaggressions and other hostile work environments that limit recruitment and retention of women and URiM, as well as best practices for change
- Identify leaders in the field that are successfully responding to feedback from women and URIM with regards to progammatic needs, and examine practices to recruit and retain that appear successful
