  1. Give a case example of how the principles of beneficence, respect/autonomy, and justice apply to patients with diminished intellectual capacity and thus limited ability to participate in making decisions about their own goals of care
  2. Describe the ethical principles involved in the decision to continue providing care for a longstanding established patient vs. referring to a distant center of recognized experience or expertise
