Biographical Sketch: For twenty years, Dr. Mehall was a nationally recognized heart valve surgeon performing over 4000 operations, speaking at 20 national meetings, and publishing over 60 scientific articles. He founded a statewide cardiac surgery practice in Colorado, served as the Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Centura Health, where he led 15% year-over-year growth for 10 years, and led the CommonSpirit National Cardiovascular Service Line.
Beyond clinical medicine, Dr. Mehall founded six healthcare service businesses and has bought two others. He has an MBA from The University of Texas and currently is the Senior Vice President of Strategy for Heart and Vascular Partners, the President of Integration Health which includes Innovative ECMO Concepts. He is an active healthcare investor with his fund Pacific Tarn Capital.
Outside of work, Dr. Mehall enjoys activities in the Colorado outdoors with his wife and children.
