Biographical Sketch: Shazil Mahmood, MD, is a third-year general cardiology fellow at Corewell Health East William Beaumont University Hospital. Dr. Mahmood earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences and completed his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital (Detroit), where he developed a strong foundation in cardiovascular medicine. He is currently pursuing advanced fellowship training in interventional cardiology.
