Biographical Sketch: Charlie Nix, BSN, RN, E-AEC, CCRN is the ECMO Coordinator for Northside Hospital Gwinnett. He coordinates all activities related to the operations of the ECMO program, including but not limited to priming, patient management, education, data collection, and reporting. He is also involved in developing a Cardiogenic Shock Team for the system. His interests include ECMO transport, awake ECMO, ECPR, and cardiogenic shock.
