Biographical Sketch: Ilan Vavilin is a chief cardiovascular disease fellow at Inova Schar Heart and Vascular. He earned his undergraduate degree from University of Missouri and his medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. He has a clinical interest in cardiac critical care and interventional cardiology.
