Biographical Sketch: Iyad Isseh is an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist at Inova Schar Heart and Vascular. He completed his training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Isseh currently serves as the Associate Medical Director of the MCS program at Inova. His clinical and academic interests focus on cardiogenic shock, and he is the founding director of the Inova Cardiogenic Shock Recovery Clinic, which provides multidisciplinary, longitudinal care to support recovery in shock survivors.
