SoCCC Think Tank: The Who: Meet the Cardiogenic Shock Team (Think Tank Invitees Only)

This session will focus on the key members of a successful Cardiogenic Shock (CS) team – including those responsible for immediate/emergent care decisions versus those whose role may instead be leveraged at a later time in the care process. The aim will be to best understand membership and responsibilities that are essential to a well-functioning, team-based model. Central to the discussion will also be an exploration of team dynamics – what factors contribute to effective communication, collaboration, and execution? what pitfalls could undermine cohesion and efficiency?
