Biographical Sketch: Benjamin Bryner, MD, is an assistant professor of cardiac surgery at the Northwestern Medicine Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute. His clinical interests are in heart transplant, donor heart preservation, and temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support. He is the associate program director for the Thoracic Surgery residency program in the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
