Biographical Sketch: Dr. Samantha Espinosa is a current interventional cardiology fellow at Brigham and Women’s
Hospital and a pending CHIP fellow in the combined Mass General Brigham program for 2025 to 2026. Originally from Southern California, she completed her undergraduate studies at the United States Naval Academy and medical education at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She trained at Mayo Clinic in Florida for internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship, and completed a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology through the University of North Florida during fellowship to further bolster her research and leadership skills in community health. Her clinical interests include complex coronary disease and quality improvement, and she plans to pursue future research and health initiatives at the intersection of interventional cardiology with secondary and tertiary prevention of coronary disease.
