- Develop skills in effectively utilizing limited assessment information for the management of shock patients.
- Identify the most critical laboratory tests and values for shock patients and determine the appropriate frequency for repeating them.
- Discriminate between cardiogenic shock (CS) and septic/mixed shock based on clinical presentation and diagnostic criteria.
- Implement apps and technology to enhance communication and facilitate care coordination in the management of shock patients.
- Formulate a plan of action for managing shock patients in the absence of access to a specialized shock team, considering available resources and best practices in critical care.
