Biographical Sketch: Alejandro Lemor MD, MS is Assistant Professor and interventional cardiology faculty at University of Mississippi Medical Center. He finished medical school in Peru and did a Masters Degree on clinical research. He completed his internal medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital. His research focuses on acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock, and mechanical circulatory support. He is a 2024 SCAI's 30 in Their 30s award recipient and was selected in the CRT Young Leadership Recognition Program in 2023.
