Join Dr. Young and Dr. Brilakis for an interactive session focused on lesion access and vessel preparation strategies for calcified coronary lesions. Through case-based discussion and hands-on practice, fellows will better understand how to assess lesion characteristics, select appropriate guide wires, and tailor vessel preparation strategies to the severity of calcification. The session will also explore the mechanisms of orbital atherectomy and procedural techniques using Scoreflex NC and other balloon dilatation catheters to support informed and case-specific treatment decisions.
