- Identify key anatomic and physiologic differences in ACHD patients that impact catheterization strategy, including prior surgeries, shunts, and conduit anatomy.
- Recognize procedural risks unique to the adult congenital population, such as vascular access challenges, arrhythmia susceptibility, and altered hemodynamics.
- Discuss pre-procedural planning and imaging strategies to optimize safety and success in complex ACHD catheterization cases.
