2023 Fellows Courses

Faculty will share challenging cases where planning and intra-procedural decision making changed the outcome of the case. The need for innovation in bailout and retrieval techniques and tools will be examined. Included in the program will be case examples of unusual device retrievals, the “SEATTLE Procedure” technique developed for intramyocardial mass removal, and complex device bail-out techniques.  The techniques discussed are all Cath-Lab-based minimally invasive alternatives to surgical device extraction procedures.  Attendees will have the opportunity for hands-on experience with some of the devices discussed.
