Biographical Sketch: Lyndon C. Box, MD, FSCAI, Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line, West Valley Medical Center, Caldwell Idaho. I completed my cardiology and interventional cardiology training at the University of Florida-Jacksonville. My clinical interests are interventional cardiology, peripheral artery disease and venous disease. I have been an active member of SCAI for over 15 years serving on multiple committees and the board of trustees. My interests outside of work center around family and enjoying the great Idaho outdoors.
