- Utilize basic principles (Doppler and B-mode ultrasound, PVI, ABI, etc).
- Recognize indications for non-invasive ultrasound studies (multispecialty AUC for non-invasive venous and arterial studies), RPVI requirements, and when to obtain non-invasive angiography (CTA, MRA).
- Apply basic study interpretation (diagnostic criteria for carotid, renal/mesenteric, aortic, and lower extremity arterial, DVT, venous insufficiency, etc).
