2026 Scientific Sessions

Branching Out: Mastering Bifurcation Techniques

This session explores contemporary strategies for managing bifurcation lesions, from provisional stenting to advanced two-stent techniques. Faculty will discuss when to escalate, how to choose between crush, culotte, T, TAP, or SKS, and whether to always finish with a final kiss. The session also highlights the emerging role of drug-coated balloons in bifurcation disease. Case-based discussions will provide practical insights for optimizing outcomes in complex anatomy.
