Biographical Sketch:
Minseob Jeong, MD I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Baylor Scott & White Research Institute. My expertise lies in the analytical approach to defining scientific questions, data quality assurance and analysis, manuscript writing, and effective verbal and written communication in various meetings, with a special focus on cardiovascular disease and its outcomes. My research involves working with large-scale longitudinal healthcare datasets, including EHR databases and national registries such as XLPAD. My research focuses on real-world data related to various cardiovascular disease topics, including coronary and peripheral endovascular disease, cardiomyopathy, aortic disease, structural heart disease, and heart failure. I have successfully led and participated in numerous studies examining disease pathophysiology, treatment effectiveness and outcomes, and disparities in cardiovascular health. I am also an aspiring Internal Medicine resident physician. My ultimate goal is for my research and other evidence-based medicine to make an impact on real-world patient care.
