Biographical Sketch: Dr Sam Radhakrishnan is an Associate Professor, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. He has served as the Cath Lab Director for the Schulich Heart Centre, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (2010-20) and currently is the Director for Strategic Partnerships. Since inception in 2009 to present, he has served as the Medical Director for the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) program at the Schulich Heart Centre. His focus in education includes past Director of the Cardiology Residency Training Program (2002-2010) as well as current Program Director for the Area of Focused Competency in Adult Interventional Cardiology, University of Toronto and serves on the sub-specialty advisory panel for the AFC at the Royal College of Physician & Surgeons of Canada.
