Biographical Sketch: Dr Sinjini Biswas is an interventional and structural cardiologist at Royal Melbourne Hospital, with clinical and research interests in intracoronary imaging and complex PCI. After completing her internal medicine and general cardiology training at Royal Melbourne Hospital, she was awarded scholarships from the National Heart Foundation to complete a PhD at Monash University, while also doing an interventional fellowship. She subsequently completed advanced fellowships in TAVI at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, and CHIP PCI at the Bristol Royal Infirmary, in the UK. She was appointed as a consultant interventionalist at the Bristol Royal Infirmary at the end of her fellowship, where she worked for a few years before returning to Melbourne. She is a previous recipient of the SCAI 30 in their 30s award, and a member of the SCAI International Committee.
