Biographical Sketch: Dr Lim Ing Haan is an Interventional Cardiologist with Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre. Her interests are in complex coronary intervention.
Dr Lim Ing Haan is credited with starting several intervention programs in her career. As the Director of the Cardiac Interventional Laboratories in Tan Tock Seng Hospital in 2008-09, she established the 24-hour Acute PCI Service. Dr Lim introduced the use of Optical Coherence Tomography Intravascular Imaging Services in Mount Elizabeth Hospital in 2016 and the Robotic PCI program in Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
Aside from clinical work, Dr Lim is actively involved in a number of professional bodies. She is elected to the Council of Singapore Cardiac Society and Chapter of Cardiologists of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore . She is a founding member of WIN-APSIC (Women in Innovation, Asia Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology).
Dr Lim serves on the Editorial Board of Singapore Medical Association News and JSCAI.
