Biographical Sketch: Dr. Jacqueline Tamis-Holland is Institute Director of Acute Coronary Care at the Cleveland Clinic Heart, Thoracic and Vascular Institute.
A graduate of New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Tamis-Holland completed her residency at NYU Medical Center and her Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship training at Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center and Columbia University.
Dr. Tamis-Holland is an immediate past member of the ACC-AHA Joint Committee for Clinical Practice Guidelines and a member of the New York State Cardiac Advisory Committee. She is on the editorial board for Circulation Cardiovascular Intervention and the Journal of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
Dr Tamis-Holland’s clinical and research interests focus on the treatment of patients with STEMI, cardiogenic shock and cardiac arrest
Dr Tamis Holland is a devoted teacher, educator and volunteer. She is the proud recipient of numerous Society and Institutional awards for teaching and volunteer work.
