Biographical Sketch: I am the chief of vascular and endovascular surgery and the Vice Chair of Surgery for Clinical Research at the University of California San Diego. I have previously established a vascular clinical research center at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I spent 13 years. I have successfully administered over 25 clinical trials as the principal investigator at Johns Hopkins. I am also the national PI for ROADSTER long-term follow-ups study.
