Biographical Sketch: Luai is an assistant professor of medicine and an interventional cardiologist at Virtua-Rowan School of Medicine. After finishing an internal medicine residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (Iowa City, IA), he completed a general cardiology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee). He then joined Einstein Medical Center/Jefferson for interventional Cardiology and advanced complex higher-risk indicated coronary and peripheral vascular interventions (CHIP) in Philadelphia, PA. His research interests include, Complex coronary intervention, Limb Salvage and innovation in cardiovascular technologies and cardiac rehabilitation.
