Biographical Sketch: Dr Bamford is currently a TAVR fellow in Leeds, UK. He graduated from Oxford University with two Masters degrees and from the University of Warwick with a medical degree. Dr Bamford undertook residency in Hampshire, UK before completion of his cardiology advanced training in New South Wales, Australia. After attaining Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, London) and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), he pursued a sub-speciality interventional cardiology fellowship at John Hunter Hospital, New South Wales. He has recently been awarded a scholarship through the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSANZ) to pursue a TAVR fellowship at Leeds General Infirmary, UK.
