Biographical Sketch: Adhvithi Pingili, MD, MedStar Health Internal Medicine Residency - Baltimore. I am a first generation medical graduate hailing from a remote village in India. In the pursuit of research, evidence based medicine and value care medicine I moved to USA and started my residency in 2022. I am currently a PGY-1 internal medicine resident who is aspiring to become a cardiologist, which has always been my dream since I was a nine-years old kid. My interest in cardiology stems from my strong family history of premature coronary artery disease. I am yet to figure out what I want to specialize further in cardiology. However currently I am interested in interventional cardiology, preventive cardiology and advanced heart failure. Excited to see where life takes me!!!
