Biographical Sketch: Mudit Gupta, MD PhD is an interventional cardiology fellow at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. His research interests include 3D modeling for pre-interventional planning and studying the molecular mechanisms of vascular diseases including pulmonary vein stenosis. He is completing his pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he also completed general pediatrics residency. Dr. Gupta received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he completed doctoral training in developmental biology, specifically epigenetic regulation of cardiac progenitor cell fate with Dr. Jonathan Epstein. He grew up in Michigan and competed his undergraduate at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
