Biographical Sketch: Dr. Aggarwal began his medical training at University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi University, Delhi, India. He then completed a residency in Pediatrics at Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, Delhi University, Delhi, India. He also completed residency in Pediatrics at Nicklaus (Miami) Children's Hospital, Miami, FL. Dr. Aggarwal earned his fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at the Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He did advanced training in interventional cardiology for children and adults with congenital heart disease at Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. Dr. Aggarwal is PALS and NALS certified and is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology. He serves on the SCAI Congenital heart disease council and is the Vice President (research) for PICES society.
