Biographical Sketch: Manju Jayanna, MD, MS is a Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology Fellow at Lankenau Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Creighton University. He then served as an Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. During his time at Iowa, he obtained a Masters in Clinical Investigation, focusing on clinical trial methodology, cardiovascular disease epidemiology, and database analysis. Additionally, Dr. Jayanna has received formal training in Quality Improvement from the Iowa City Veteran Affairs Center. His research interests vary from clinical trials to administrative database research, peripheral vascular disease interventions, mechanical support for cardiogenic shock.
