Neelima Katukuri, M.D., FSCAI

Biographical Sketch: Neelima Katukuri, MD, FSCAI is Associate professor of Medicine at University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She works at Orlando VA medical Center. She is active committee member for ischemic heart disease council/ Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee and Women in Innovations ( WIN) committee of Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI). She authored well over 25 peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters. She is involved in ACC Early heart attack care (EHAC) committee for promoting chest pain accreditation services and prevention along with raising awareness of heart disease. Being an active member for ACC PAC (Political Action Committee) she participates in legislative conferences to address the issues of proper delivery of care. She is one of the cardioSurve panelists, who provide important insights and perspectives on the issues that affect today's cardiovascular professionals and assist the college in listening to the voice of U.S. cardiologists.
