Biographical Sketch: Dr. Asma Khaliq works an Interventional Cardiologist at Lenox Hill Hospital, Northwell Health. She is an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Hofstra School of Medicine and Associate Director of Endovascular Interventions at Lenox Hill Hospital. Her clinical interests include Critial Limb Ishemia/Limb Salvage, Endovascular Treatment of Complex PAD, Complex High risk Interventional coronary Procedures (CHIP), Treatment of Patient with Cardiogenic shock, Large bore aspiration/mechanical thrombetomy for massive and submassive pulmonary Embolism. Her research interests include outcomes research, and studing the gender and sex diffeneces in diseases, therapies and outcomes.
