Seun O. Alli, M.D., FSCAI

Biographical Sketch: Seun Alli, MD, is an interventional cardiologist and the Director of the Structural Heart Disease Program at Novant Heart and Vascular Institute, Charlotte North Carolina. He received his medical training at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He completed his residency and general cardiology fellowship training at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr Alli then went on to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota where he completed an advanced fellowship in coronary and structural heart interventions. Prior to his current position, Seun was Assistant Professor of Medicine at UAB and was the director of the Structural Heart Program at UAB. Seun has special interest in structural heart interventions especially transcatheter techniques and devices for treatment of valvular heart disease. He is also interested in systems approach to healthcare management and he earned a degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
