Biographical Sketch: Dr. Brian C. Case is an Interventional Cardiologist at MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute, working at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital. He is the Chief of Interventional Cardiology and Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital. He holds an appointment of Assistant Professor of Medicine, Georgetown University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Chief Medical Residency, General Cardiology and Interventional Fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. His main research interest include interest in intravascular imaging, physiologic evaluation of coronary artery disease and coronary microvascular disease.
