Biographical Sketch: Rami Khouzam, MD, FACC, FACP, FASNC, FASE, FSCAI
Dr Khouzam is the Program Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He is a Professor of Medicine with tenure at The Division of Cardiology at University of Tennessee Health Science center. He serves as Vice Chair of Medicine. Dr. Khouzam is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Cath labs at all 5 Hospitals in Methodist Le Bonheur Health Care System. He served as Chief of Staff for the Methodist Le Bonheur Health Care system.
Dr. Khouzam is ABIM board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He is an educator and research investigator. He is the author and co-author of more than 300 manuscripts published in peer-reviewed journals, as well as a reviewer for 15 medical journals.
