Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Vincent earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan in 1988. She completed a three-year Pediatric Residency program (1988-1991) and a three-year Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship program (1991-1994), both at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan at the Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI. She then completed a 12-month Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas under the direction of Dr. Charles E. Mullins (1995). She has been on faculty at Stanford University, Children's Hospital of Michigan, Texas Children's Hospital and Phoenix Children's Hospital prior to joining Columbia University and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as the Director of the Pediatric Cardiac Catheterization Labs at both Columbia and Weill Cornell in 2008 (2008-2015). She was the Fellowship Program Director from 2009-2014 and has been the Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at Columbia since 2013.
