Biographical Sketch: Kelly C. Epps, MD, MSHP is an Interventional Cardiologist at Inova Heart and Vascular Institute in Northern Virginia. She is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and currently serves as Medical Director of the Inova Women’s Cardiovascular Health Center. Her clinical and research interests include coronary and structural heart disease, cardiogenic shock, women’s cardiovascular health, and disparities in care. Dr. Epps received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD and Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
