Biographical Sketch: Andrea Price, MS, CPHQ, AACC is the Director of Quality Databases at Indiana University Health’s System Chief Medical Office. She facilitates intra-disciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes through structured reporting, process improvement and resource tool development. Her team oversees the operations of 21 Clinical Databases, 2 Patient Safety Organizations, and other program requirements related to the Quality Payment Programs.
Since becoming a member of the ACC in 2011, Andrea has been an active committee member of the NCDR’s CathPCI Steering Committee (2015-18; 2019-21), Cardiovascular Team Section Leadership Council (2017-20; 2020-2023), Science and Quality Committee (2017-20), Health Informatics Taskforce (2018), Solution Set Oversight Committee (2019-20). Launched in August 2018, she serves as the Chair of the ACC Reduce the Risk: PCI Bleeding Campaign, a national quality improvement initiative focused to reduce post PCI Bleeding.
