- Review anatomic considerations on when to use atherectomy in PCI and patient and anatomic features that warrant the use of hemodynamic support.
- Discuss an algorithm-based approach to case planning for complex left main atherectomy PCI (access femoral vs. radial, hemodynamic support, single-access impella/guide technique, choice of atherectomy device, sleeve protection methods).
- Demonstrate the application of advanced left main atherectomy PCI in case examples.
