Learning Objectives:
- Review the application of antegrade wire escalation and ADR. Discuss what is new in AWE, ADR, and STAR.
- Discuss an algorithm-based approaches to progressing from antegrade wire escalation and ADR and highlight new tools and approached to these methods. Focus on troubleshooting (difficult reentry, hematoma prevention/management guidelines, STRAW, use of IVUS).
- Demonstrate treatment techniques for antegrade wire escalation and ADR with examples of troubleshooting.
