The High Bleeding Risk Patient: An Expert Panel Review

This satellite symposium will include a careful discussion of the findings of all of these trials and how they might best be applied to real world clinical practice. Also, the program will review risk stratification for HBR patients, and use case-based presentations to explore the HBR patient who requires PCI.

The learning objectives for this satellite symposium are as follows:

  • Identify PCI patients at high bleeding risk (HBR)
  • List strategies to best minimize the risks associated with high bleeding risk
  • Discuss new tools and technologies to optimize outcomes among HBR patients undergoing PCI
