Biographical Sketch: Graduated from Aga Khan University (AKU) Karachi, Pakistan. 1991
Residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology at SUNY at Stony Brook, New York.  1999
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiovascular CTA. 
Founding member, Executive and Medical Director at Tabba Heart Institute – a 170 beds not for profit hospital since 2004. 
Over 40 publications in national and international journals. 
Special interest in complex coronary and peripheral interventions including below knee CLI interventions as well as structural heart disease interventions. Medical Director for Heartbeat International Pakistan– NGO providing free pacemakers for indigent patients in Pakistan.
Board member of  Asia Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology. I
Past President of Pakistan Society of Interventional Cardiology.
